How to make donkey meat siomai

1. Soak the donkey meat in clean water for two hours (change the water several times in between) to remove the blood smell

5. Take a piece of siomai wrapper, put some meat filling on it, and close it with your thumb and index finger.

6. Add enough water to the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the wrapped siomai into the pot and steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
