Vegetable pie recipe

1. About 300g flour, carrots and cowpeas, wash and set aside

3. Add 2g baking powder, 3g salt (half teaspoon), 10g salad oil, and about 100g water to 300g flour, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for half an hour.

4. Chop the cowpeas, shred the carrots, and then cut them a few times to make them smaller so that they are easier to cook.

5. Heat the pan with oil, add chopped green onion and ginger, stir-fry the chopped cowpea and shredded carrots, and serve (I won’t take a photo of shredded carrots, the steps are the same)

6. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix the fillings and set aside

7. Take out the dough, pinch it into long strips, cut it into small doughs of about 50g, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.

8. Take a dough, stretch it into a long strip, and roll it into a rectangular thin skin. The thinner the better. If the chopping board is sticky, you can apply some salad oil and add appropriate amount of fillings.

9. Start from the end with the filling and wrap the dough tightly.

10. Stand it up and gently press it into a round cake. If it is not round, you can slightly adjust the shape.

11. Heat a pan, add some salad oil, put the pie in the pan, fry over medium-low heat until golden brown, then turn over and fry the other side.

12. The delicious pie is ready
