How to make condensed milk cake

1. All materials should be weighed in advance.

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white. The plate for beating the egg white should be free of water and oil. Add 20g of fine sugar to 50g of egg yolk. Heat it in warm water. The egg white should be around 38 degrees. The eggs must be at room temperature. Eggs in ice will not work. Use an electric whisk to stir evenly at medium speed until the egg yolk is thick. Lift the whisk head and the egg liquid will slowly flow down like a ribbon.

3. First add condensed milk and stir evenly with a whisk. Then add half of the milk and continue to stir evenly. Filter the flour and corn flour through a sieve and stir evenly with a spatula.

4. Add 20g of sugar to the egg whites and beat until they are dry foam, which means you can insert a chopstick into it without it falling over. Take half of the meringue and add it to the batter. Use a spatula to cut and mix, just like stir-frying vegetables, turning it upside down.

5. Then pour the egg noodles into the remaining meringue and mix.

6. Finally, pour the remaining milk and salad oil into the batter and mix well.

7. Pour the batter into paper cups, until nine of them are full. Lift the paper cups and shake them down gently a few times to evenly release the air inside the cake. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees in advance and bake for 25 minutes.

8. The cake baked with condensed milk is delicious and sweet.

We are not completely denying the benefits of eating out, but it has many disadvantages. The method of making condensed milk cake is very simple and relatively healthy.
