How to make crescent bread (super soft and silky)

8. Roll it up from the wide side, and pull it to both sides with your hands while rolling it up.

9. After all the rolls are done, carry out the second fermentation until it is 1.5 times the original volume.

10. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg liquid, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, and bake it at 170 degrees for 18 minutes.
