How to make sugar butter bread

How to make sugar butter bread

An unhealthy diet can often be a triggering factor for disease. If we don’t want to have problems with our bodies, we should not eat out casually. It is better to cook by ourselves if possible. The method of making sugar cream bread is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Put all dough ingredients except butter into the bread machine bucket, put liquid first and flour last, dig a hole in the flour and bury the yeast, start the bread machine and knead the dough. After 20 minutes, add the softened butter cut into small pieces and continue kneading until the dough is fully kneaded.

2. Knead until it is fully kneaded, then put the dough in a warm place to ferment (I fermented it in the bread machine bucket)

3. Take out the fermented dough, squeeze out the air, divide it into 6 equal parts, roll it into balls, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Take out a small dough and roll it into a wider oval shape.

5. Fold the two long sides of the oval towards the middle, with the two sides close together and not overlapping. Look carefully at the picture.

6. Use the center seam as the axis and fold it in half again. Pinch the two edges together and tighten! Squeeze it firmly! Preventing it from spreading during fermentation

7. Pinch it tightly and firmly. This is how it should look like after pinching.

8. Place the dough on the baking tray with the mouth facing downwards, and prepare the remaining dough in a warm place for fermentation.

9. Brush the fermented bread with egg liquid and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.

10. Let the baked bread cool down

11. After the bread has cooled, cut a groove in the middle of the bread. Use a small blade to make two diagonal cuts (a Gillette blade will do). Remove the middle part and adjust the depth to fit the butter flower.

12. Then whip the whipped cream. The whipped cream should be refrigerated in advance. Because the amount of whipped cream is small and it is not easy to whip, you can use a small container (I use a ceramic milk cup). Remove the whisk head of the electric whisk and leave only one.

13. Put the whipped cream into the piping bag and squeeze it into the cut bread one by one.

14. Finished product picture! Sweet and delicious

Sugar butter bread is easy to make, and the essence lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dish, and the dish will immediately become a meal.
