1. Prepare pork belly, prawns, celery, rapeseed, dried tofu and mushrooms.

2. Blanch the mushrooms, rapeseed and celery in hot water.

3. Cut the vegetables.

4. Fry the shrimp and pork belly in a frying pan.

5. Leave some oil in the pan, add peppercorns, star anise, onion, ginger and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

7. First put the pork belly, shrimp and dried tofu in, add a little salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

8. Add mushrooms, rapeseed and celery and stir-fry.

9. Turn off the heat after stir-frying evenly. Add a little chicken essence and sesame oil after turning off the heat.

10. Remove from the pot and place in a bowl.
