How to make sweet garlic pork diced eggplant

1. Prepare the sweet garlic cloves, diced pork belly, tomatoes, and long eggplant.

3. Dice the tomatoes.

4. Evenly coat the cut eggplant with cornstarch.

5. Pour half of the oil into the pan and heat it.

11. Add the eggplant and stir-fry. Be careful not to break the eggplant.

12. Add two large bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

13. Add diced tomatoes and continue to simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

14. Add sweet garlic and stir-fry evenly.
