5. Brush the egg yolk liquid on the surface of the fermented bread, and do it gently.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it on non-stick paper, cover it with a layer to prevent it from burning, and bake for 20 minutes. I baked an egg in the oven at the same time instead of frying it, oil-free and healthier! (Just beat the eggs and put them directly into the small cake mold and bake for ten minutes)

7. When the bread is ready, the crust is hard. But don't worry, it will soften in a moment! Of course, I brushed honey on it while it was still hot, and the honey was absorbed by itself, making it softer and more delicious.

8. Serve with homemade black bean and peanut soy milk and fruits. The small one is the baked egg, which is placed inside the hamburger. Refreshing breakfast complete
