After blanching, pour soy sauce into the quail while it is still hot to marinate and color it. Heat oil in a pan until 70% cooked, put the marinated quail into the pan and fry until cooked and then remove from the pan. Continue to heat the oil pan until it is 90% hot, put in the quail and fry again until golden red, remove from the pan and drain the oil, place on a plate and serve. Line the baking tray with tin foil, place the quails neatly on them, brush them with a little oil and the quail marinade, preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 5 minutes, then put the baking tray in and bake for about 25 minutes. Turn over and brush with sauce after 10 minutes of baking, and turn over and brush with sauce again after 20 minutes. Once baked, you can serve it on a plate. 3.
