5. After the yellow part is done, set it aside for later use. The next step is the most important egg white part. My secret weapon is an egg beater.

6. Beat the egg whites at low speed until they are foamy and add a spoonful of sugar.

7. Continue to beat the egg whites at low speed until they become fine foams, then add a spoonful of sugar.

8. Continue to beat the egg whites until lines appear on the egg whites, then add a spoonful of sugar.

9. Use a whisk to dry beat at high speed (when the whisk is lifted, the egg whites will not fall down by themselves, which means they are well beaten).

10. Then add the egg whites to the egg yolks three times and mix well. Use a spatula to cut up and down, but don’t make circles (online tutorials always say that you can’t make circles because it will remove the bubbles).

11. Preheat the rice cooker for 5 minutes and add a small amount of butter

12. Pour the mixed ingredients into the rice cooker and tap it twice to prevent bubbles.

13. Then sprinkle some cranberries on the surface

14. Turn on the rice cooker's cooking button and press the vent with a wet cloth.

15. Wait for the automatic switch to keep warm and then simmer for 15 minutes, the cake is ready.

Cranberry rice cooker cake is easy to make, and the essence lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dish, and the dish will instantly become a meal.
