How to make fried pork with bamboo shoots

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. Stir-fried pork with shredded bamboo shoots is easy to make. It does not take too much time and can achieve the goal of balanced nutrition, which meets the taste requirements of the general public.

4. Process it yourself and cut it into thin strips.

5. Wash and drain for later use.

6. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, peel and flatten the garlic, slice the ginger, and chop the green onion.

7. Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry over high heat until the pork belly releases oil and turns golden brown.

8. Add the drained bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry over high heat for a while.

10. Add chicken essence and pepper powder and stir well.

11. Add chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

12. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
