11. Add 30g of fine sugar to the whipped cream and beat with an electric whisk until textured. Mix the whipped cream and strawberry gelatin liquid evenly to make mousse liquid. Pour half of the mousse liquid into the mold with the strawberries.

12. Cut off the four corners of the remaining sponge cake slices and spread them into the mold. Finally, pour the remaining mousse into the mold, shake it twice, smooth the surface with a scraper, and place it in the refrigerator.

13. Soak 5 grams of gelatin in cold boiled water, heat it in water to melt, mix it with 100 grams of strawberry jam, stir evenly, spread it on the cake that has been refrigerated for 3 hours to make a mirror surface, smooth it, and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
