Add sugar to 50 grams of milk and stir until melted. Pour the warm gelatin liquid into the milk and stir evenly. 15. Take out the refrigerated mousse cake, gently pour the prepared mirror liquid along the edge, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. 16. Use a cylindrical object to pad the bottom of the mold, and apply a hair dryer or hot towel around the mold, and it will be easy to remove from the mold. 17. The milk mousse cake is ready.
