Use the cut edges to make up for the shortfall.

2.1 Braid each group of 4 and flatten all the dough. Number the dough from the right as 1, 2, 3, 4. The formula is "1 over 2, 3 over 1, 1 over 4" (Figure 8). Follow the picture and do it slowly. 2 After folding the two ends of the braid together, place it in a mold (Picture 9) and let it ferment in a warm and humid place. 3Finally, let it ferment until about 80% full, cover the box with a lid, and put it into a preheated 180℃ oven, on the lower layer, with upper and lower heat, for 30 minutes. 4 Remove from the mold immediately after taking it out of the oven, turn it side up, and let it cool on the baking rack.
