How to make homemade sushi rolls

Winter is coming, and homemade sushi rolls are very suitable for use in this season. They are extremely nutritious and healthy. Fresh ingredients must be prepared, and the production process is very simple and easy to operate. However, the amount of ingredients must be controlled, not too much or too little. Add water from the mouth, because the soup is the most tempting.

1. After the rice is cooked, stir the rice evenly after opening the lid.

2. Add sushi vinegar to the hot rice and mix with cooked black and white sesame seeds.

3. Cut cucumber and carrot into shreds and ham into strips

4. Place the seaweed on the sushi mat with the rough side facing up.

5. Add a bowl of rice and spread it evenly, leaving 1cm of rice on the top.

6. Squeeze on Thousand Island dressing

7. Put ham, carrots, and cucumbers on the bottom. Don’t put too much of them, or it will be difficult to roll.

8. Use the bamboo mat to roll it up, and pull out the bamboo mat at this end while rolling. Be careful not to roll the bamboo mat in together. When you are ready to finish rolling, use your hands to get some water and stick it on the seaweed without the rice to make it easier to sew.

9. Finally, roll up the bamboo curtain again and tighten the whole thing.

11. Cut into small sections with a knife. It is easier to cut with a little water on the knife.

12. Serve with salad dressing or mustard and enjoy slowly
