Walnut Cranberry Bread Recipe

2. Mix the yeast with the reserved 10 grams of water, pour it into the dough, stir and let it stand for five minutes.

3. Start kneading the dough by throwing, pulling, and rubbing it! When a large film can be pulled out, add butter and continue kneading until a large film can be pulled out (80% of the film is enough, it does not need to be fully kneaded)

4. Add the roasted and chopped walnut kernels and soaked and drained cranberries. Knead well.

5. Let the dough ferment until it is twice as large as before at room temperature. Tap to release the air, take it out, divide it into three portions, and roll it into balls. Let it rise for 15 minutes in the middle. Shape it into your favorite shape and place it in the baking pan

6. Put it in the oven and put a bowl of boiling water in the oven. Increase temperature and humidity. Let it ferment until it doubles in size, then take it out. Use a small spray bottle to spray a little water on the surface of the bread, sift a small amount of high flour, and cut the edges.

7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, place it in the middle layer of the oven, and bake for about 25 minutes.
