Put the glutinous rice into a strainer to drain the water, then steam the glutinous rice in a Thai bamboo rice steamer or a stainless steel steamer tray. Wrap the sticky rice in muslin and steam it for 15 minutes. Then turn the packet with the rice over and steam for another 15 minutes. The steaming time should not be too long, otherwise it will burn. The ideal situation is that the glutinous rice appears sticky and sticky, rather than watery.
