18. Repeat steps 14-17 above about 3 times. Finally, roll up the dough into a long strip.

19. Use a cutter to cut into small portions of equal size.

20. After flattening, use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin crust.

21. Roll all the dough into small pancakes. Preheat oven to 210°C for 5 minutes.

22. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper or brushed with oil.

23. Bake in the oven at 210℃ on the middle layer for 18 minutes.

24. Let the baked scallion pancakes cool slightly before eating.
