How to make steamed tofu with fish paste

1. Raw material picture.

2.Thaw the longli fish fillet and cut into thin slices.

3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and chop until it becomes sticky.

4. Put the fish paste into a large bowl, add oil, cooking wine, cornstarch and pepper.

5. Stir vigorously in the same direction.

6. Crush the tofu, add salt, light soy sauce and egg white and mix well.

7. Roll the fish paste into balls and place them on the tofu. (I usually pick it up directly with chopsticks, but this time I made it into balls for taking pictures.)

8. Bring water to a boil, put the tofu balls in and steam for 8 minutes.

9. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

10. It is very smooth and tender. Children love it very much.
