How to make steamed buns

An unhealthy diet can often be a triggering factor for disease. If we don’t want to have problems with our bodies, we should not eat out casually. It is better to cook by ourselves if possible. The method of making leavened sesame cakes is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook often, you can master it through simple learning.

1. You can mix and match the fillings as you like. I stir-fried it with Chinese snow mustard, carrots, minced meat, black fungus, eggs and onions.

2. Knead the dough in a bread machine. Put flour, eggs, yeast and water into the bucket of the bread machine. You can add a little water at first, and then add more water slowly depending on the dryness of the dough. If the dough is hard, you can add more water. You can let the dough ferment for about ten minutes. When it is twice as large, it is ready. You can also poke it with your finger to check.

3. Take out the fermented dough, vent it (knead it evenly), divide it into small pieces, knead it evenly, roll it into a ball, flatten it, and cut it into round slices.

4. Take one and put it in the palm of your hand. Apply a little oil inside the disc, but don't apply it on the edge.

7. Put it in the electric baking pan, let it rise for 20 minutes, then open the electric baking pan and bake it.

8. It can be eaten as a steamed bun, or you can cut it into pieces and eat it with vegetables. It tastes good no matter how you mix it.
