7. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and two drops of vinegar (vinegar can remove fishy smell) to the egg white, and beat with a hand whisk until big bubbles appear.

8. Add the remaining sugar into the egg whites three times and beat until smooth.

9. Adjust the whisk to the first level and beat until the bubbles turn from big to small, then add sugar for the second time and continue beating.

10. Beat until the meringue is thick and has a little resistance, then pour in the remaining sugar and continue beating.

11. Beat until the meringue can be lifted up to form an inverted triangle without falling over.

12. Add half of the beaten meringue into the egg yolk paste and mix well.

13. The mixing technique should be flipping along the edge of the bowl. Do not make circles, as that will eliminate the bubbles in the meringue and make the cake not fluffy.

14. Pour the stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue and continue to stir evenly.

15. Preheat the rice cooker to remove moisture, then brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pot and preheat it again.

16. Pour in the cake batter and shake it a few times to eliminate large bubbles.

17. Cover the lid and press the cake button.

18. Time is up, take it out of the pan. This is the reverse side.
