How to make Ai Ciba

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? 1. Soak the young mugwort shoots in water for several hours, then boil them until soft. Just squeeze it lightly with your hands and it will break into pieces.

2.12 Chop the pork, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms, separate the fat and lean meat, fry the fat to release the oil, then pour the lean meat, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms in and cook until done, add appropriate amount of salt.

3.21 Let the cooked mugwort cool down for later use.

4. Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour in a ratio of 5:1 (so it won’t be so sticky after steaming) and add the water used to boil mugwort and rub it. Be careful not to make the water temperature too high, otherwise the glutinous rice flour will be very sticky.

5. Also put the mugwort in and rub it evenly until the color turns green.

6. Take a small handful of dough, shape it into a bowl and add some filling. Seal the mouth and shape it into a round ball.

7. It is recommended not to put it too densely, as it will expand after steaming. And glutinous rice flour is very sticky, so finally put some banana leaves underneath.

8. Steam it for about ten minutes. Delicious out of the oven!
