How to make shrimp with green tangerine mint soy sauce

The recipe of green orange mint soy sauce shrimp is convenient and quick. It can be cooked in just over ten minutes. It only needs to be steamed, and there is no need to worry about the harm of oil smoke.

1. Pick 3 to 5 mint leaves and soak them in 50 grams of pure water to bring out the mint flavor. The mint I grew only had small leaves left, so I used a few of the stems.

2. Then mix mint water, fresh soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar into juice, and finally add shrimp spicy soy sauce, depending on your taste for spicy food. Cut the green onion and ginger into thin strips for serving, and cut the rest of the ginger into slices and green onions into inch-long pieces. Set aside mint leaves.

3. Wash the river shrimps and drain them. Heat salad oil in a wok. When the oil is 80% hot, put in the river shrimp and fry until the shrimp shells are crispy, then remove from the pan. When the oil temperature rises, fry again quickly and drain the oil.

4. Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

5. Add the diluted juice and bring to a boil, then pick out the onion and ginger.

6. Add the fried river prawns, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

7. Squeeze the juice of half a tangerine into the pot and stir evenly.

8. Sprinkle some shredded green onion and ginger on the dish and garnish with mint leaves.
