How to make mushroom chicken pot stickers

1. Wash the chicken breast with clean water and set aside

4. Put the chopped chicken filling and chopped mushrooms in a bowl

5. Add chopped green onion, half a teaspoon of light soy sauce, a little half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, and thirteen spices to taste

6. Add half a teaspoon of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

7. Add a small spoonful of oyster sauce

8. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and three or four drops of sesame oil.

9. Mix the chicken filling evenly and marinate the meat for half an hour.

14. Prepare a bowl of sauce. Add two teaspoons of vinegar and half a bowl of water.

15. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot, cover it and simmer until it is cooked. When you hear a sizzling sound, the bottom is fried golden brown and the skin is crispy, it is done.
