Italian Pasta Recipe

Under the torture of scorching heat, you have no motivation to cook? Italian pasta is a dish that can be prepared in less than half an hour. It only needs to be boiled in water, so you don’t have to worry about sweating while cooking. To make this Italian pasta delicious, you only need to focus on selecting fresh ingredients and preparing seasonings.

1. Prepare the ingredients;

2. Put a small amount of salad oil or corn oil in the pot, add all the diced vegetables and stir-fry over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes after the oil is hot;

3. Cut all ingredients into small pieces of equal size;

4. Then add diced tomatoes and stir fry evenly;

5. Add the veal and fry until it changes color, then add pepper and salt to taste;

6. Add tomato sauce and keep frying over low heat;

7. When the soup reaches the desired thickness, turn off the heat and set aside. The sauce is ready.

8. Bring an appropriate amount of salt water to a boil, put the pasta into the boiling water, stir from time to time, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the pasta is soft and hard enough to your liking. Then remove and drain.

9. After draining the water, add the sauce and mix well. Does it look like a western restaurant?
