Main ingredients: 200g peanut kernels (raw)

Seasoning: 25g wheat flour, 1g baking powder, 20g starch (pea), 1g salt, 1g MSG, 75g peanut oil

1. Soak the peanut kernels in 250g warm water and 25g fine salt for 1 hour, then pour into a sieve and drain. Heat white sand in a pan, add peanuts and fry until cooked, take out and sieve out the sand, cool and rub off the outer layer (if there is no sand, you can use coarse salt instead, or put it in the oven to make it crispy)

2. Put flour and starch in a bowl, add cold water to make a thick paste, add salt, MSG, baking powder, etc. and mix well.

3. Heat peanut oil in a pan until it is 50% to 60% hot. Pour the peanut kernels into the batter and mix. Shake them in the pan and fry them while putting them in and taking them out for the initial frying. When the oil temperature rises to 80% hot, put the peanut kernels into the oil and fry them again until golden brown, then remove and serve.
