Add two spoons of boiled fish seasoning and stir-fry over medium-low heat until fragrant. 12. Add boiling water, the amount of boiling water should be according to the basin where the fish is placed. 13. Add white sugar. 14. Pour the fish bones in and cook for two minutes. 15. Turn off the heat and put the fish fillets into the pot one by one and flatten them. 16. After adding all the ingredients, turn on high heat and use a spatula to pour the soup on the fish fillets to cook them. Do not stir the soup, otherwise the fish will break. 17. Cook for two minutes and pour the fish into the vegetable bowl. 18. Add the remaining peppercorns and bell peppers. 19. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. 20. After the oil is heated, scoop a spoonful of oil and pour it on the Sichuan pepper and bell pepper to bring out the spicy aroma. If one spoonful of oil is not enough, add another spoonful. 21.
