1. Dice all vegetables

2. Blanch the vegetables in this dish until they are half cooked.

3. The vegetables to be blanched should be boiled in order: blanch the peas and corn first, turn off the heat when they are 40% cooked, pour in the carrots and bamboo shoots and quickly blanch them in hot water. The purpose is to brighten the color of vegetables.

5. Put a proper amount of olive oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, turn to low heat and pour in a proper amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry the tomato sauce until it turns red, then add a small amount of sugar and stir-fry until it melts.

7. First pour the diced vegetables in the green plate in Figure 1 into the pot, stir-fry for a while, then pour in the mixed diced vegetables that have been blanched in water as shown in Figure 4 and continue to stir-fry. Add salt and chicken powder before serving and stir well.

8. Place the fried vegetables on a plate, sprinkle some cooked black sesame seeds on them and you’re done!
