Beef, carrot and millet porridge recipe

1. Prepare millet according to the amount of food and wash it twice with water

2.1 Prepare a carrot and a baby grinder

3.2 Cut the beef into minced meat

4. Grind the carrots into a paste. (Because my baby is too small, it is in a paste form. For older babies, it depends on the baby's absorption capacity.)

5. Bring the water to a boil (add more water, as the beef is not easy to cook), put in the beef, add a few drops of vinegar, cook for 20 minutes, add the millet and continue cooking for 20 minutes to cook out the millet oil, add the carrot puree (you can add a few drops of sesame oil to promote the absorption of carotene), and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool before feeding your baby! !
