There is no need to turn on the fermentation function of the oven. 17. After it has fermented to twice its original size, take it out of the baking tray and brush the surface with egg liquid. At this time, preheat the oven to 180℃. (Egg yolk liquid should be more yellowish, soft egg liquid should be lighter, both are fine.) 18. Brush with egg liquid and sprinkle with appropriate amount of white sesame seeds. 19. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 180℃ for about 20 minutes. You can put a cup of water underneath to maintain the humidity in the oven.
