How to make noodles

Noodles are a very common staple food and we often make noodles at home. Because noodles are relatively simple to make, it saves time, and can be made into different flavors, so people have more room for freedom of choice. Although making noodles is simple, there are still some skills involved, especially when cooking noodles. Cooking noodles for too long or too short will affect the taste of the noodles. So, how should we cook noodles?

Tomato Noodles

Ingredients: 1 tomato, appropriate amount of noodles (I usually make one bowl, so only one tomato is needed. If you make more, you can add tomatoes as appropriate), 1 clove of garlic, 1 spoonful of bean paste, and appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, chicken essence and other seasonings. Method 1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, then cut into strips, and then cut into square pieces, about the width of a thumb.

5. When the tomato noodles are 60% cooked, add various seasonings (the degree of doneness depends on personal preference), and a bowl of delicious tomato noodles is ready.

Plain Noodles

Ingredients: Noodles (standard flour) 150g,

Accessories: 20g pakchoi,

Seasoning: 10g green onion, 2g salt

1. Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut it into sections and place in a bowl for later use;

2. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook;

3. Put the Chinese cabbage into the noodle cooking water and blanch it;

4. Pour the soup into the pot, heat it to boil, and pour it into a deep bowl;

5. Add salt to taste, add noodles and bok choy, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Homemade noodles

Ingredients: Green vegetables, carrots, cauliflower, duck egg noodles. Preparation process:

1. Cut carrots into thin strips, cut cauliflower into small pieces, wash green vegetables, and mash eggs.

2. Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles and cook until they are 80% done.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the eggs into small pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pan, add the vegetables, stir fry, then add the eggs and salt.

5. Pour the 80% cooked noodles into the pot, cover the pot, cook until done, and add a small amount of MSG.
