How to make three fresh spring rolls

1. Cut the pork into strips, marinate with salt, chicken essence, pepper and water starch; cut all other ingredients into strips

2. Put the pork in the pan and stir-fry quickly until it changes color, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan for later use; leave some oil in the pan, add shredded carrots, shredded winter bamboo shoots, shredded black fungus and shredded mushrooms, shredded leeks and shredded tofu, stir-fry, add salt, chicken essence, Maggi soy sauce, a little sugar, sesame oil, mix well and let cool before serving.

3. I forgot to take a picture of the steps for frying shrimps: peel the fresh shrimps, remove the heads, remove the shrimp paste, add cooking wine, salt and chicken essence to marinate, put a little oil in the pan, and fry until 90% cooked.

4. Use chopsticks to pick up the fried fillings and add 1 pre-fried shrimp to wrap them in the spring rolls (Zhen's dad demonstrated it himself!)
