1. Wash all ingredients, cut bean curd into strips, cut green vegetables into halves, slice carrots, soak potato slices in water, remove roots of enoki mushrooms, cut kelp into small sections, and cut baby cabbage into small sections.

2. Cut ginger and scallions, prepare peppercorns, dried chili peppers, and bean paste

3. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the potatoes and carrots until they are 80% cooked. Remove from the heat.

4. Add the baby cabbage and blanch the greens until they are 80% cooked.

5. Add kelp and bean curd skin and blanch until 70% cooked. Add enoki mushrooms and take them out after 2 minutes.

6. Heat the oil in a pan, add peppercorns, dried chili peppers, onions and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

7. Add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out

8. Add all the blanched ingredients, add soy sauce, salt and seasoning and stir well.

9. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
