13. Cover the wrapped buns with a wet cloth and continue to let the sugar rise until the dough becomes fluffy and light.

14. You can put the water in the pot with hot or cold water, bring it to a boil over high heat, turn off the heat 15 minutes after the steam comes out, steam it for 5 minutes, and then boil it.
