How to make spicy onion stewed tofu

1.Cut the tofu into slices.

2. Cut the scallion white into large slices.

3. Pour oil into the pan, add tofu slices and fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain.

5. Add tofu and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

8. Add green onions and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and chicken essence to season.
