1. Wash two pork chops.

2. Use the back of a knife to hit both sides of the pork chop to loosen the meat so it can be more flavorful.

3. Put it in a plate, add appropriate amount of black pepper juice, salt and red wine and marinate for one hour (if you have enough time, it is recommended to marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours to allow it to fully absorb the flavor).

4. After marinating, take out the pork chops, add oil to a flat non-stick pan, and fry the pork chops on both sides for 3 minutes each until cooked, paying attention to controlling the heat during the process.

5. Add water, salt and oil to the pot and bring to a boil. Add broccoli and heart-shaped carrots and blanch until cooked (do not cover the pot to prevent the broccoli from turning yellow).

6. Put black pepper juice into the pot and add a little water to boil.

7. Arrange the pork chops, carrots and broccoli on the plate, pour the black pepper sauce on the pork chops and start eating.
