How to make colorful glutinous rice balls with chocolate filling

1. Cut pumpkin, tomato and dragon fruit into small pieces, blend them into puree using food processor (if the pulp is not juicy, add 1-2 spoons of milk to make juice easier to extract), filter out the juice, and store it for later use. 2. Pour the juice into bowls (here, if the tomatoes you bought are not sweet enough, you can add appropriate amount of sugar, heat it slightly to melt the sugar, and then use it to knead the dough), slowly add glutinous rice flour, and knead it into dough. If there is less juice and the dough is not soft enough, you can heat the milk to knead the dough and adjust the humidity of the dough until the dough is formed.

3. Take a small piece of dough, press it down in the middle, put in the chocolate chunks, seal the top, and roll it into a round shape.

4. Place the prepared glutinous rice balls on a plate sprinkled with flour, leaving appropriate space between each one to avoid sticking.

5. Bring the water to a boil, put the glutinous rice balls into the pot and cook over medium heat until they float up. Put the cooked glutinous rice balls into cold boiled water for a while before putting them into the finished bowl.

6. The soup for cooking glutinous rice balls is relatively thick, so it is seasoned separately. Add an appropriate amount of sugar according to personal preference (or let it cool and add honey) and serve it in the finished bowl.

7. Lay the remaining glutinous rice balls flat, freeze them in the refrigerator until they are formed, and put them in a box for later use. Whenever you want to eat them, you can take them out and cook them directly without thawing.

The dish of chocolate-filled colorful glutinous rice balls can be modified according to your own taste, and the seasoning can be used to enhance the flavor. Pay attention to adjusting the amount of soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
