How to make red wine braised pig's feet

After a day's work, the body must be tired. At this time, few people would spend a lot of time and effort to make some complicated dishes. You might as well consider some simple home-cooked dishes. The method of braised pork trotters in red wine is very simple. It does not require too many procedures. You can easily make delicious dishes with just a few simple steps.

1. It is more beautiful to cut the pig pen into pig trotter circles, but it is somewhat difficult. It is also possible to chop it into pieces.

2. Blanch the pig in cold water and wash it clean.

3. Put various spices into the seasoning bag, leaving some rosemary.

4. Put the pig's feet and the seasoning bag into cold water, bring to a boil, and cook over high heat for 20 minutes with the lid open to allow the fishy smell to evaporate and the fat to be decomposed at the same time. Then turn to low heat and cover and cook for 1 hour.

5. Add rock sugar and appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes to allow the food to fully absorb the flavor.

6. Take another pot, filter the soup with a strainer and bring to a boil.

7. Add dry red wine.

8. Add red wine vinegar.

9. Add some rosemary and pig's feet and cook over medium heat until the soup is almost dry.

10. Add the barbecue honey sauce and stir-fry over low heat to make the sauce evenly coat the pig's feet.

11. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. Serve with some chicory. Eat it while hot, it has a lot of gelatin and will stick together when it cools down.

To prepare the dish of braised pork trotters in red wine, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
