When you see a thin layer of oil skin on the surface of the soy milk, which is about 90°C, pick out the oil skin and rinse the soy milk into the lactone water.) 11. Use a small colander to quickly scoop out the foam on the surface, cover it, put it in warm water, and let it stand for 20 minutes. 12. (Cover the steam hole on the lid with a towel to better keep warm) 13.0 minutes, tofu pudding is ready~ 14. Put the tofu mold in a basin, put a piece of cloth in the mold, and pour the tofu pudding into the mold. 15. Wrap the tofu pudding with a cloth. 16. Cover the mold and press on the weight. The process takes 30 minutes. 17. (Because water will keep seeping out during the process of forming tofu, I put the mold directly into the sink; if you like it to be tenderer or older, you can increase or decrease the pressure and make time yourself) 18.
