It's not greasy either.

It's not greasy either.

Life is stressful nowadays, and many of our friends suffer from various diseases. Some of these diseases are closely related to our daily diet! Therefore, if you want to be healthy, the first step is to eat healthy and delicious food. So today, let’s learn from the editor how to make food that is not greasy!

1. After buying the pork belly, rinse it several times with clean water.

2.12 Put 2/3 of water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the meat in and soak it in water and cook over high heat.

3.21 When cooking, keep turning the food over with chopsticks to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cook until you can pierce through it with a chopstick on both sides.

4.1 Mix all the seasonings except cooking oil.

5.2 Fork the meat and place it on a plate to cool down. Use chopsticks to poke many small holes on both sides. (Don’t pour out the broth, you can save it for making rice noodles)

6. Apply evenly around the meat and leave it for 20 minutes.

7. Use kitchen paper to wipe off the seasoning on the surface of the meat.

8.1 Fry until both sides are colored and the aroma continues to waft out. Remove from heat and transfer meat to a plate.

9.2 Boil water in a pan until dry, add a little cooking oil, then put the meat skin side down, cover with lid and fry over medium-low heat. Remember to cover the lid, otherwise the skin will explode when it comes into contact with the oil.

10. Crush the onion and garlic with a knife and put them into the pan with fried meat to stir-fry.

11. Then pour in the soaked pickled vegetables (drained) and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, and then pour in the remaining seasonings from marinating the meat and stir-fry together.

12. Take two clean 6-inch bowls, put some preserved vegetables at the bottom of one bowl, and then put the cut meat on top;

13. Or cut the meat and place it under the bowl, then cover it with a layer of preserved vegetables.

14. Then put more water in the pot, and then put the two bowls of braised pork in at the same time and steam for two hours. After the water boils for about 10 minutes, turn to the lowest heat and simmer slowly. Until the meat melts in your mouth.

15. Or you can use a casserole, put preserved vegetables at the bottom of the pot, top with meat, cover with a lid and simmer slowly.

The detailed steps to make it non-greasy have been introduced, and I believe you have basically understood it. Now that you know the necessary steps, all you have to do is put them into practice. Practice makes perfect, I believe that real delicious food is produced this way.
