How to make delicious and easy pies

Pie is a very popular food in our country. Many people like to eat pie because it contains both noodles and vegetables. It not only tastes rich but also has balanced nutrition. Although pies are delicious, it is not easy to make them by yourself. Generally speaking, making pie consists of three main steps, namely: kneading the dough, preparing the fillings, and making the box. Here I will introduce to you the specific method of making pie!

1. Kneading the dough

Determine the amount of flour based on the number of pancakes you want to make. Because it is a hot dough pie, you need to use boiling water to knead the dough. Of course, you can't knead the dough directly with your hands because it will be very hot. So use tools, pick up chopsticks, and knead the dough together.

Prepare the flour, make a small well in the middle of the flour, then pour boiling water into it while stirring constantly with chopsticks. Do not add all the water at once. Wait until the water is completely absorbed before adding more water. Then when all the flour and water are mixed together, there will be lumps in the basin. If you are good at it, they may be in the shape of snowflakes, and that's it. Then you can use your hands to knead these lumps together. It's still a little hot at this point, so be careful not to burn your hands. Just knead all of this into a relatively smooth dough. Next, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.

2. Prepare the filling

While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Of course, the filling is determined by personal preference. If you like meat, prepare meat; if you like vegetarian food, prepare vegetables. The goblin came to chop the stuffing, so the pie is vegetarian today.

Ingredients: carrots, fungus, green vegetables, vermicelli, eggs

Seasoning: salt, mushroom essence, five-spice powder, oil

1. Prepare the necessary materials: carrots, fungus, green vegetables, vermicelli, and eggs. Soak the fungus and vermicelli in water separately.

2. Chop carrots, fungus, green vegetables, and vermicelli into fine pieces;

3. Separate the egg white and yolk of an egg, then fry the egg yolk and another whole egg together, and chop them into small pieces;

4. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, mushroom essence, five-spice powder, a little oil and an egg white, and stir well. (The egg white is added to make the vegetarian filling unite)

3. Make the box

1. Take out the dough that has been proofed, knead it until smooth, then divide it into small pieces, roll them into balls and flatten them, and roll them into skins like you would steamed bun skins.

2. Put the fillings in like making dumplings, wrap them up, flatten them and put them into the pot.

3. Put a little oil in the pan, put in the prepared cakes and fry.

4. First, use medium heat to brown both sides of the pancake, then reduce the heat and cook until the pancake is cooked.
