Whether the diet is healthy and reasonable has a very important impact on health. Therefore, no matter how busy we are, we should take our daily diet seriously. If we really don’t have much time, we can consider some simple recipes, such as pumpkin rolls. It’s very simple to make, and what’s more, it’s delicious.

1. Steam the squash and mash it.

2. Add the mashed squash to the dough (dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, not too hot or it will kill it). Pour the yeast water into the dough and stir until it becomes flocculent.

3. I make the noodles before going to work and cook them when I get home from work. In summer, two or three hours of fermentation is enough. My dough was a little soft, so I kneaded some more flour to fix it.

4. Pinch some baking soda with your fingertips and knead for about fifteen minutes for secondary fermentation.

5. Then roll it into a large thin slice. It doesn’t have to be too thin or too thick, just thicker than noodles.

6. Then fold it up and cut it into pieces of the same size. I stacked two together, and three is also OK if you have an odd number. Then press it with chopsticks as shown in the picture, and then twist it in opposite directions with both hands to make a flower roll.

7. Put the pot on the stove with cold water and evenly spread the oil on the bottom of the pot so that it will not stick to the bottom of the pot. Then I steamed it for 15 minutes, turned off the heat and simmered it for three minutes, then served it.
