How to make scallop and winter melon casserole

1. Soak the bamboo fungus in water, remove the stem and wash it clean.

10. Put the brewed wax gourd into the clay pot.

11. Pour in the chicken soup and the water used to soak the scallops, then add clean water. (The water level should be up to 2/3 of the pot.)

12. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cook until the meat is cooked through.

13. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for decoration.

14. The soup is fresh and delicious.
