How to cook chicken gizzards and cauliflower

1. Prepare the raw materials;

2. Wash and tear the cauliflower into small pieces, peel and cut the pumpkin into strips, cut the ginger into strips, and chop the garlic;

3. Rub the chicken gizzards with salt, rinse them, cut them into cross pieces, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, starch and a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes;

5. Add pumpkin and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, chicken essence and a little soy sauce, set aside;

6. Heat another pot with appropriate amount of chicken gizzards until 60% hot, add the oil, take out the chicken gizzards, add the shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chicken gizzards and stir-fry for two or three minutes;

7. After the chicken gizzards are cooked, pour the fried cauliflower into the pot, stir well, turn off the heat, and add sesame oil;

8. Serve on a plate
