How to make seaweed pork stuffed buns

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. 1. Find a suitable bowl, add appropriate amount of water and yeast powder, mix well, then add two bowls of flour and one bowl of bean dregs, and knead the dough.

2. After we wash all the ingredients, chop the pork, onion, seaweed, ginger and onion into small pieces, add appropriate amount of oil, thirteen spices, salt and soy sauce, mix well and set aside.

3. The dough will be proofed after about two hours and will be 1 to 2 times larger than the original dough.

4. Divide the proofed dough into several portions, knead it, and then make it into small pieces and shape them into bun skins.

5. Add appropriate amount of fillings into the bun skin.

6. Make the buns into your favorite shape.

7. Pour cold water into the steamer and cover it with a lid. Wait for the second fermentation for about 20 minutes. After boiling the water over high heat, steam the buns for 20 minutes and they will be cooked. Turn off the heat and simmer for one minute before opening the lid.

8. Place the buns on a plate and serve.
