Lotus root pork dumplings recipe

The method of making lotus root and pork dumplings is very simple. The ingredients needed are very common. It is a very delicious home-cooked dish. 1. Put the flour into a bowl.

2. Add appropriate amount of cold water to the flour, stirring while adding until there is no dry flour and the flour becomes floc-like!

3. Use your hands to knead the flour into a smooth dough, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

4. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling and wash the lotus root.

5. Wash the lotus root and remove the skin.

6. Use a grater to grate the lotus root into shreds.

7. Chop the grated lotus root into small pieces.

8. Chop the onion and ginger.

19. Pinch both sides tightly and you have made a dumpling.

20. Wrap all the dumplings.

21. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the dumplings in after the water boils, and gently push the dumplings forward with the back of a spoon to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot or sticking to each other. After the water boils, add half a bowl of cold water; after the water boils again, add half a bowl of cold water again; after the water boils again, the dumplings are cooked and can be served.

22. When out of the pot, put the dumplings on a plate.
