14. Lift up the coffee dough together with the plastic bag and place it upside down on the chocolate dough so that the two are tightly bonded. Tear off the plastic bag on the back of the coffee dough

16. Wrap the rolled dough in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour until the dough becomes hard.

17. Cut the frozen dough into 0.3cm thick slices with a knife

18. Place the cut dough on the baking tray, leaving enough distance between each dough. Place the baking tray in the middle layer of the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 15 minutes until the brown part becomes slightly darker.
