1. Fry the eggs until cooked, and use chopsticks to scrape them into small pieces. Wash and chop the chives, add eggs, dried shrimps, chicken essence and sesame oil, mix well and set aside. Note: do not add salt, the dried shrimps are salty enough

2. Dilute corn flour and corn starch with water. Add more water to make it thin.

5. Fry slowly over medium heat
