How to make sausage buns

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. Sausage buns are easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making them by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Shake the yeast in warm water and leave for 5 minutes.

2. Add the flour and mix well.

3. Pour the yeast water from step 1 into the flour and mix well. Knead the dough (it took me 40 minutes) until the surface is smooth.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm room to rise for an hour, until the dough is twice as large as the original size. Because of the cold weather, it is difficult to make the dough rise. I use an electric rice cooker (mainly because it has a better seal) and put some warm water at the bottom to make the dough rise. The effect is good.

5. Use the time when the dough is rising to make the filling. Slice the sausage and dried tofu. You can buy ready-made minced meat. Stir-fry in a pan and add seasonings. Just cook according to your preferences.

6. Knead the risen dough into long strips and cut into small pieces of the same size.

7. Roll out the dough, wrap the filling and shape it

8. Steam for 15 minutes

9. It’s time to eat

Although restaurants provide us with convenience, they still have many shortcomings. It is better to make it ourselves. Sausage buns are easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
