How to make fresh meat and water chestnut dumplings

11. Cut into 10g small pieces.

16. Place the wrapped dumplings in a dry container.

17. Pour most of the water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Use a colander to slowly push the dumplings in circles in the water. When the water is boiling, add half a bowl of cold water, then add more water when it boils again. Repeat this three times. When all the dumplings float up and their stomachs swell up and then subside a little, the dumplings can be taken out of the pot.

18. How can Shanxi folks eat dumplings without vinegar? Crush the garlic, pour in aged vinegar, a little sesame oil, and if you like spicy food, add some chili oil, and the dumplings will be ready for dipping.

19. Put the dumplings into a plate, preferably a special dumpling plate with a grate at the bottom, add the dipping sauce and you can start eating!
